The North Woods

We packed up the truck,the boat and the Soup family for a Memorial day weekend trip to the Soup family cottage home. It is a place we don't visit often ,as it is deep in the north woods of Wisconsin, and NOT a short drive from our WI home! Though the Soup children do LOVE it there~ but the Soup mom and dad get tired of being asked how much longer the drive will be-ha! We try to get there at least a few times in the summer,who can resist making smores over the fire, cutting wood for the fire, and fishing....oh and just looking at the beauty of the north woods......now don't they look happy!

Ahhhh yes,a good time was had by all :)

T finally decided the last day that he would swim in the lake...he loves to swim in pools ,but he's a little unsure of lakes.

We have come to realize that "C" has a fondness for fire...I hope he focuses that in the right direction. I of course would never let my son play in the fire.

.......or let my other son run around in the cottage yard in his pajamas!(ohh and his crocs of course)

Ahhh,yes he's a crazy little man!!
