say goodbye to "shy"

T was with me at work today(I usually take him w/me) and I heard him talking to someone. I knew that the only people that were there today were people he didn't know. He will usually stay far from the people he doesn't know. I said were you talking to that guy? He replied "yes ,I'm not shy anymore....do you know what shy means?" Me: "no what"? T: "It means you don't talk." Me:"oh so you talk now"? T:"yes"
